Nestled conveniently on the outskirts of Edinburgh, this spacious apartment served as an ideal base for our exploration of the city. It features essential amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, which added comfort during our downtime. The apartment felt more like a home than a typical holiday rental, thanks to its cozy ambiance and thoughtful touches, like a well-equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils. Stuart, our host, was quick to assist us when we encountered a minor issue with key access, reflecting excellent communication. the location proved invaluable, with a bus stop right outside, offering a seamless ride into the city center in about ten minutes. While there are plenty of cafes for breakfast nearby, I particularly enjoyed the local bakery just steps away. Though the property borders a main street, the soundproofing kept the apartment quiet for restful nights. This accommodation strikes a fine balance between cost and comfort—definitely a solid choice for your Edinburgh adventure.
